Winter 2006 I discovered my love of photographing
snowflakes. A few years went on in between buying a house,
getting sick from that house and a new healing journey. My
passion continues as the New Year 2012 begins. Look for more
throughout the winter season!

Lately it's been snowing at night
and I miss the opportunity of the
fresh snowflakes. These ones
below are from the morning after
once they melted together.
I also got a new macro extension
as you can see the difference in
sharpness and closeness.

I cannot wait to get full
snowflakes with this new lens
set-up!

Yay, I got a full
snowflake!... or
two!
My favorite part is the tiny star in the center. :)
